A leading company in GNSS navigation solutions seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Germany. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in digital construction, and must be fluent in German and English. This role involves key account management, market analysis, and project implementation, with travel requirements to support the team.
CHC Navigation is a global provider of innovative GNSS navigation and positioning solutions covering a wide range of professional applications, including land and airborne surveys, conventional GNSS surveys, 3D mass data acquisition, precision farming, unmanned navigation and robotics, real-time GNSS infrastructure, and more.
CHC Navigation is looking for a highly motivated and outstanding Business Development Manager for our fast-growing business to join our Germany team. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Germany (preferably in German-speaking countries); and proven experience in features-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment for machine control (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, mapping, geo-information, GIS).
Note: To be considered for this position, candidates must be eligible to work in Germany.
Some travel is required in this role, including visits to business partners or customer locations, trade shows, strategic account visits, and other regional trips to support the CHC Navigation Germany team.
