Our Faurecia Mercedes-Benz Sales Unit is looking for you as a VIE Sales Engineer (m/f) for our Customer’s Office in Böblingen (Stuttgart area), Germany.
The VIE Sales Engineer will work with and learn from the Program Sales Lead MBAG within Faurecia Automotive Seating. He/she reports to the Sales Manager and will work on various commercial management objectives during the employment period.
The VIE will begin with an orientation phase supporting the Sales Department. After completing sales fundamentals onboarding, the candidate will manage specific sales tasks independently, with close support from his/her N+1.
An intercultural background, including German language and cultural proximity, would be advantageous to support the Program Team in exchange and alignment with our central functions. We also support your development and understanding of German culture and language during this mission. This combination creates an opportunity for further career growth within Faurecia. Depending on the candidate's interest and development, Faurecia may extend the initial 12-month mission by an additional 12 months on-site at our Böblingen Customer’s Office, providing diverse sales experiences in different projects or scopes to ensure comprehensive development as a Sales Engineer within Faurecia.
The mission duration is 12 months, with a potential extension to 24 months.
