Due to our exceptional success in Central Europe, we are seeking to hire a Senior Director, Enterprise to join our sales organization in Germany. This role focuses on leading a team of Strategic Account Executives specializing in Chemicals & Logistics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, developing, and motivating a team of Account Executives
  • Implementing sales plans, developing new business, and expanding existing business within a Consumption and Commit model
  • Building and leading a key part of the EMEA sales team

  • Lead and coach your team to develop essential skills and behaviors
  • Create trust-based relationships with customers for long-term success
  • Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to inform strategic decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the revenue process
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of our products to engage C-suite buyers, developers, and data scientists

  • Fluency in German and English
