Our Finance department acts as a trusted advisor to ensure senior management has the tools to make informed strategic and financial decisions. Functions include financial planning, treasury and cash management, corporate finance (including consumer finance, debt, and equity issues), investor relations, as well as M&A.

Role: Business Intelligence Analytics Engineer

You will serve as a bridge between technology and business, delivering data and BI solutions to stakeholders to continuously improve financial decision-making.

1. Assess finance-related business processes and partner with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, implementing accurate BI solutions.
2. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of BI architectures (data warehouse and data integration processes).
3. Review and consolidate existing BI reporting solutions.
4. Build new automated BI reporting solutions and visualizations to provide valuable insights to key stakeholders.
5. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, understanding and discussing data and development concepts at eye level, acting as a bridge between tech and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Data Analysis, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting, Auditing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering, preferably in an ecommerce or internet-based company.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working with relational Data Warehouses, data analysis, data modeling, and BI solutions orchestration and integration tools.
• High affinity for numbers, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a team-oriented mindset.
