Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of refrigeration and air conditioning units at customer sites
• Maintenance and servicing of building technology systems in refrigeration and air conditioning, including hydraulics
• Comprehensive and knowledgeable support of the systems
• Ensuring smooth production processes for our customers
• Identifying and fixing faults
• On-call services as part of the emergency response
• Updating technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a refrigeration technician / mechatronics technician (m/w/d) for refrigeration technology or similar qualification
• Experience with cold water and air conditioning systems
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering and hydraulics, and enjoyment in understanding complex technical contexts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent German skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
• Strong customer orientation and service-mindedness
• High commitment and resilience
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel
• Driving license (Class B)
