Role Overview

This position requires a blend of business understanding, AI expertise, and project leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, collaborate across teams, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify key business processes, pain points, and opportunities for (Gen)AI and automation to create value.
2. Validate the technological feasibility of (Gen)AI use cases and develop comprehensive business cases.
3. Manage (Gen)AI projects by coordinating stakeholders, teams, and external suppliers.
4. Maintain and prioritize a strategic (Gen)AI roadmap aligned with business impact and ROI.
5. Define and track key metrics to measure ROI of AI initiatives.
6. Report progress and insights to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7. Ensure AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, including IP rights, the EU AI Act, and internal governance.
8. Evaluate and recommend AI tools and solutions that meet business needs.
9. Promote AI initiatives internally through newsletters, presentations, and social media.
10. Share AI success stories, best practices, and strategic insights to foster a data-driven culture.

Candidate Profile

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You have over 8 years of professional experience in digital transformation, with around 5 years specifically in Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or AI. You have strong consulting experience with deep AI expertise.

Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is a plus. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business strategies. Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management is advantageous.

You have excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams effectively.
