Main Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the full supply chain process from procurement to delivery, ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations.
2. Procurement & Supplier Management: Source raw materials or products, negotiate with vendors, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
3. Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking and reduce holding costs.
4. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Demand Forecasting & Planning: Analyze market trends, sales forecasts, and production plans to align supply with demand.
6. Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements, technology, and vendor negotiations.
7. Risk Management: Anticipate and manage supply chain risks such as delays, shortages, or disruptions.
8. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, trade laws, and environmental standards.
9. Use of ERP & SCM Software: Leverage tools like SAP, Oracle, or other SCM platforms for tracking and optimization.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments like sales, production, logistics, and finance to align supply chain activities.
11. Reporting & KPI Monitoring: Track supply chain performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, lead times) and report to senior management.
12. Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing: Implement eco-friendly practices and ensure ethical sourcing of materials when applicable.
