Job Description:

• Error analysis together with customers and developing solutions
• Technical support for customers
• Participation in projects related to complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement
• Customer-oriented processing and proper documentation of claims
• Technical apprenticeship in refrigeration/air conditioning or electrics/electronics (motor management, bus communication)
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Fluent English; basic German skills are a plus
