Our client, a highly regarded European Solar Developer, is seeking a Paralegal to support their German business with the development and construction of large-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Careful drafting of contracts related to use, purchase, easements, and heritable building rights in close cooperation with their external law firm.
2. Correspondence with authorities and notaries' offices.
3. Processing of correspondence independently and by keyword.
4. Post-contractual monitoring of agreements and deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Successfully completed training as a legal and notary assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
2. Organizational skills, excellent manners, and clear communication skills.
3. Sense of responsibility and a forward-looking approach to work.
4. Very good written and spoken German skills.
5. Good written and spoken English skills.
