Summary Statement

SUITX by Ottobock (formerly Bionic Exoskeletons) was established in 8 as a new business unit aiming to provide technical solutions that improve working conditions in physically demanding environments. As a Global Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for actively expanding our key customer base, which includes global industry leaders. Your goal is to position Ottobock as the preferred supplier for our exoskeleton product portfolio worldwide.

The position can also be filled remotely within Germany.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic development and expansion of international key accounts in mobility, logistics, and retail sectors, with global sales responsibility
  • Establishing contact with decision-makers globally and promoting our product portfolio as a standard application
  • Presenting the Ottobock exoskeleton portfolio, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting on-site tests
  • Developing customer-specific solutions and negotiating framework contracts
  • Analyzing customer and competitive situations to adapt sales strategies and develop marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Providing continuous feedback for product development based on customer input
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations at industry events, conferences, and webinars
  • Supporting trade fairs and customer-specific events actively

Profile

  • Degree in industrial engineering, economics, or a related field
  • Extensive international B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, mobility, or retail
  • Experience in establishing and expanding key accounts and developing sales strategies
  • Strong communication, virtual presentation skills, and social media presence
  • Independent, flexible, and willing to travel internationally (mainly within Germany)
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Persuasive, enthusiastic, and motivated personality
  • Comfortable working in a startup-like environment in a new business area for Ottobock
  • Passionate team-oriented mindset focused on improving working conditions
