Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our Contract Management team by handling contractual matters efficiently. The ideal candidate will assist in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and administration while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, legal understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
  2. Communicate with contract partners during negotiations.
  3. Support contract negotiation processes by preparing summaries and identifying key terms and risks.
  4. Maintain and update contract databases, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  5. Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to gather and provide necessary contract information.
  7. Support the Contract Manager in resolving contractual disputes and amendments.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  9. Assist in administrative tasks related to contract management, including document signing and tracking approval workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Degree or certification in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in contract management, corporate law, or legal administration.
  3. Strong understanding of contract terminology and legal principles.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
  6. Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
  7. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
