Are you passionate about the fashion industry? We are seeking talented and creative individuals to join our talent pool for future (senior) designer roles at both BOSS and HUGO brands. Our Talent Pool is open to everyone with womenswear and/or menswear experience.

What you can expect:

1. Design, sketching, and development of styles of the product groups in collaboration with the head of design and concept.
2. Proactive implementation of the strategic vision of the brand from concept through to customer development of cross-product concepts for the collections (storytelling, colors, fabrics,…)
3. Research of trends and innovation, benchmark analysis of competitors.
4. Market and trend research: inspiration trips, trade fairs, and supplier visits.
5. Implementation of the collection framework in collaboration with the Brand Management.

Your profile:

1. An education in fashion design with at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a premium/international environment.
2. A keen sense of fashion and trends and conceptual thinking.
3. Love researching what happens in society and what is new.
4. Good sense for what drives trends. Love to collaborate with internal and external creatives.
5. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in collection development.
6. Very good/fluent knowledge of English.
7. Made for Me: three days in Metzingen and two days working remotely. Our hybrid working model "Threedom of work" is as individual as your personal needs.
