(Senior) Consultant - Corporate Treasury Accounting - FAAS (w/m/d), Düsseldorf

In our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), based at our locations across Germany, you will support clients with all challenges related to the CFO agenda. You will work in teams that combine accounting expertise with IT and process skills. Your tasks will include:

1. Consulting and auditing national and international industrial companies on Treasury Accounting topics (e.g., accounting and valuation of derivatives according to IFRS 9, analysis of booking logic of financial instruments).
2. Contract analysis of financial instruments (assessment for the separation of embedded derivatives in loan agreements).
3. Development of concepts and solutions, followed by implementation into existing processes.
4. Supporting the introduction and implementation of new accounting standards (IFRS) for clients.
5. Conducting European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) audits.
