We’re seeking a proactive Publisher Manager to join our multinational team at our Cyprus office or remotely. This role involves generating high-quality leads, testing new revenue streams, and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates to support our growth and market expansion.

We are an Ad-Network dedicated to connecting Publishers with major Advertisers. As part of Centro Holding, we are scaling rapidly and aim to become a leading industry player.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Finding new leads, negotiating, and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates
  • Ensuring traffic flow stability
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements
  • Conducting market and competitor research to stay competitive
  • Testing and developing new revenue streams
  • Maintaining an organized and updated CRM

About you – preferred requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Senior Publisher or Account Manager
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with innovative strategies
  • Experience with CPC, CPM, flat deals, and prospecting new sites
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independence
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Experience with Google Analytics

Nice to have:

  • Experience in adult advertising networks
  • Familiarity with monday.com
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools
