Job Description:

FINN is an independent platform for car subscriptions from over 30 brands. Subscribe to a car with just a few clicks, and it will be delivered directly to your doorstep in just a few days. FINN offers a carefree service and handles insurance, financing, registration, taxes, and maintenance. Additionally, FINN supports climate action by funding certified climate protection projects, offsetting the carbon footprint of every vehicle across all drive types—from production to every mile driven.

Founded in Munich in 2019, FINN's mission is to positively impact people, organizations, and the planet through frictionless mobility.

Your Role

As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will empower and motivate employees to deliver excellence. You will ensure our compensation philosophy and routines set FINN up for success by rewarding our team fairly and competitively. Owning the compensation & benefits domain, payroll, and our employee equity program, you will play a key role in empowering and motivating our teams. You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be part of the People Leadership Team.

Your Benefits
  • This role is based in Munich with flexibility to work from home. Our modern offices feature frequent events with our great colleagues.
  • With massive growth potential, FINN offers opportunities for quick development and success in a highly motivating startup environment with ambitious challenges in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent fixed salary, significant virtual equity share of the company, along with a yearly personal development budget of €1,500.
  • Flexible working hours, Kindergarten allowance (€300 per child per month), and agency support for finding childcare.
  • Access to discounted gym memberships and attractive mobility options (discounts for FINN cars via JobAuto or JobRad).
Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business: Be the expert on compensation and labor law topics, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization. Help develop our compensation philosophy to support smooth business operations.
  • Enhance People Operations at FINN: Build on a solid foundation, challenge the status quo, and improve processes and offerings, including benefits, payroll, immigration support, and more. Aim to create seamless processes that meet employee needs.
  • Drive our employee equity program: Ensure all employees benefit from FINN's success through shares as part of their compensation. Continuously develop and effectively communicate these programs internally and externally.
Your Profile
  • At least 4 years of experience in various People domains, preferably People Operations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management, business administration, or similar.
  • Expert knowledge in payroll, compensation, benefits, and other People Operations areas. Knowledge of employee equity compensation is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking with a proactive attitude and resilience.
  • High integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluent in German and English.
