Your Tasks:
- Plan and facilitate workshops on requirements engineering and service decomposition with product teams.
- Implement integrations of new data sources and develop automation requirements for self-service and scaled adoption.
- Create reusable monitoring solutions for basic observability and support product teams in developing advanced, customized solutions.
- Develop and execute onboarding strategies in collaboration with Business Product Owners, including deployment plans and timelines.
- Share best practices, conduct training sessions, and develop enablement materials to empower product teams.
- Build self-service monitoring capabilities to enable teams to onboard their use cases independently.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Proven experience in implementing monitoring and observability solutions with leading technologies.
- Deep understanding of monitoring capabilities and IT operations, especially within DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, APIs, and programming (e.g., Python).
- Experience with large-scale deployment and management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong service orientation and effective communication skills.
