Your Tasks:

• Plan and facilitate workshops on requirements engineering and service decomposition with product teams.
• Implement integrations of new data sources and develop automation requirements for self-service and scaled adoption.
• Create reusable monitoring solutions for basic observability and support product teams in developing advanced, customized solutions.
• Develop and execute onboarding strategies in collaboration with Business Product Owners, including deployment plans and timelines.
• Share best practices, conduct training sessions, and develop enablement materials to empower product teams.
• Build self-service monitoring capabilities to enable teams to onboard their use cases independently.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Proven experience in implementing monitoring and observability solutions with leading technologies.
• Deep understanding of monitoring capabilities and IT operations, especially within DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, APIs, and programming (e.g., Python).
• Experience with large-scale deployment and management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong service orientation and effective communication skills.
