  3. Achieve hotel targets and initiatives related to banqueting services.
  4. Manage and develop the banqueting team, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
  5. Oversee departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory, and ensuring productivity.
  6. Build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  7. Implement programs to improve service standards, profitability, and cost control.
  8. Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain documentation for audits.
