Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee daily operations tasks.
  2. Coordinate with the Operations team in other locations to ensure seamless support for European activities.
  3. Support the onboarding process for European customers.
  4. Manage customer communication and relationships for European operations.
  5. Ensure all operational tasks related to European customers are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Identify and escalate issues reported by or related to European customers.
  7. Help customers maximize the value of the service provided.
  8. Support projects by providing an operations specialist’s perspective.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in operations within the financial, fintech, or crypto sector.
  • Previous experience in team management.
  • Knowledge of procedure writing and project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SQL is a plus.
  • Fluent English and French are required; German is an asset.
  • Strong interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is highly appreciated.
