For our business unit, we are looking for you to join as Sales Manager / Business Developer (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

  • Growth – Together with our specialists, you translate customer needs into effective sales initiatives, leveraging your sales and market knowledge. You prepare customer outreach and acquisition based on market and customer analyses and are responsible for developing sales materials.
  • Agility – You drive sales activities forward and continuously develop them in close collaboration with account teams, marketing, and specialists to create a holistic customer experience.
  • Expertise – Your expertise ensures a convincing first impression with our clients. In initial conversations, you clarify customer needs and support ongoing development of the sales process from the first touchpoint, lead qualification, to closing.
  • Innovation – You contribute to continuously improving our sales through new innovations, process optimizations, and digitization.
What you bring
  • You have completed your studies in business administration or a comparable field.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional services. Additionally, you are familiar with working with CRM solutions like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge in customer care, account management, marketing, and leadership experience are a plus.
  • You possess excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • You bring customer orientation, business sense, sales affinity, and technological enthusiasm to drive new innovations.
