We are seeking a highly ambitious and skilled Senior Implementation Manager (m/f/d) for our Global Customer Implementation Air & Sea (CI) department. This role is crucial in setting up large, complex customers for success as they start their partnership with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. You will handle end-to-end customer implementations, collaborating closely with our Sales and Product teams in Airfreight and Seafreight to foster long-term relationships. Your responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, defining technical integrations, creating SOPs and work instructions, and setting up our operations for sustainable success. Additionally, you will have opportunities to enhance and train our CI project methodology globally.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and execute customer implementation projects in the Air & Sea division.
  2. Coordinate projects with customers and the global Hellmann network.
  3. Analyze and document customer processes, IT requirements, and procedures.
  4. Create customer-specific SOPs and work instructions.
  5. Conduct operational training based on created documentation.
  6. Develop KPIs and monitoring tools to ensure successful implementation, meeting all customer requirements.
  7. Monitor post-implementation KPIs and seek feedback for improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in customer implementation projects and operational training within freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of 3PL and 4PL operations, especially in Airfreight and Seafreight.
  • Technical skills in mapping and documenting customer requirements to IT/EDI systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
