YOUR TASKS

• You implement creative and popular game mechanics for our partners in the PAYBACK App, ensuring that our partners shine!
• Your goal is to elevate the brand awareness and sales promotion of our partners to a new level
• You will be responsible for the entire project, from the initial marketing idea to the final evaluation and continuous development
• In the operational implementation, you act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external agencies and service providers

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing (CRM/direct marketing) or a comparable field of study
• You have an affinity for apps, games, and an interest in new trends and innovations
• You are excited about interpreting and using games as a marketing tool
• You enjoy project management, managing interfaces, and overseeing agencies
• You are well-organized, like to work independently, and enjoy managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• You have a positive attitude towards complex processes and can also get enthusiastic about technical topics
• You can work with great attention to detail in operational execution, but you also want to think conceptually and independently
• You are communicative and confident in presentations
• You see yourself as a team player
• You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken
