We have an exciting opportunity for you as:

Manager Mobility (all genders welcome) within our CX Strategy & Solutions department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job Mission:

As a Manager Mobility, you will develop and deploy new mobility businesses for Kia in Europe, analyze existing mobility projects, and enhance their business. Contribute to the pan-European mobility strategy, aligned with the headquarters in Korea (KMC), and implement go-to-market plans for project lifecycles.

Develop, launch, and track new mobility services/products within RHQ and markets.

Analyze existing mobility businesses, derive enhancements, and deploy them.

Your Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive the launch and expansion of assigned Mobility services/products with a comprehensive go-to-market plan in Europe.
• Continuously enhance your assigned Mobility service/product, synthesizing ideas on strategy, planning, and execution.
• Work closely with EU markets to identify key solutions, prioritizing customer needs, and enhancing the service/product/business model to meet demands.
• Track and analyze business KPIs to define key action points for improvements.
• Lead the development of a customer-focused IT platform (CX) with internal/external suppliers.

Additional Tasks:

• Key driver for a selected Mobility product/service at Kia Europe.
• Understand product/service/business development from concept to launch: strategy, business model, CX, fleet, pricing, marketing, and operations management, collaborating with other departments and local markets.
• Scout new market ideas from subsidiaries and distributors around mobility.
• Observe new market trends, derive learnings, and define actions to improve existing businesses.
• Lead and steer projects across various internal and external stakeholders and companies.

Your Talents:

• University Master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in rental industry, automotive, or mobility.
• Rental/Mobility experience preferred.
• Experience in project management and international roll-outs.
• Strong self-motivation and team player qualities.
• High interest in rental/MaaS business.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage resistance and find solutions.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, with originality.
• Highly adaptable and flexible, positive dealing with uncertainty.
• Excellent planning skills with ability to deliver within deadlines.
• Structured working style.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
