What you will do

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, value-aligned Head of Marketing and Communications to join our dynamic team at Gnosis.

In this leadership role, you will oversee product marketing and Gnosis core communications to drive strategy and execution across retail products. Gnosis, with a strong foundation in building blockchain protocols and a reputation within the Ethereum space, is expanding into the retail market.

You will inform product decisions, establish our brand, create awareness, and develop customer acquisition and retention strategies while managing a team of marketing professionals. Additionally, you will manage our PR agency to ensure external communications support our strategic goals. Our aim is to leverage blockchain technology to develop better products for mainstream markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Feedback and Guidance for Product Development

• Gather customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and testing to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform product development.

• Marketing Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Gnosis’ objectives and product roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target segments and positioning.
• Set marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with product and business teams for cohesive marketing initiatives.

• Branding and Positioning

• Develop brand strategy and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and touchpoints.
• Lead content marketing, social media, and PR efforts to strengthen brand presence.

• Customer Acquisition

• Identify channels and develop campaigns to raise awareness and convert prospects.
• Implement digital marketing strategies including SEM, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Work with product and engineering teams on growth hacking and viral marketing.

• Community Engagement and Retention

• Develop strategies to foster community relationships and loyalty.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine marketing efforts.

Public Relations and Agency Management

• Manage external PR agency to align activities with strategic goals.
• Build relationships with media and influencers for positive coverage.
• Coordinate press releases, media events, and monitor campaign performance.

Events Strategy and Execution

• Plan and execute events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage event logistics, including conferences and meetups.
• Collaborate with teams for engaging event experiences and evaluate success.

Analytics and Reporting

• Establish KPIs and track campaign performance.
• Use data insights to optimize strategies and ROI.
