Senior Expert (w/m/d) Transformation & Innovation Office

Your Responsibilities

1. Methodological support for transformation: Develop non-GMP change management approaches to support strategic transformation projects.
2. Foster corporate culture & innovation: Design programs to enhance agility, collaboration, and innovation capacity.
3. Ensure communication & engagement: Develop internal communication strategies to accompany change processes.
4. Establish governance & standards: Implement uniform methods and best practices for sustainable transformation.
5. Team leadership & stakeholder management: Lead the Transformation & Innovation Office, coordinate closely with executive management and departments.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Psychology, Innovation Management, or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in transformation, change management, or corporate culture development.
• Expertise in change methods, agile frameworks, and organizational development.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Excellent German and English skills.
