Your day-to-day with us

• Monitor and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Criteo, and app stores to meet company objectives.
• Stay enthusiastic about testing! Keep yourself updated on the latest trends and developments, and propose and design A/B tests.
• Create reports from sources like Google Ads and GA4 for internal use and stakeholder communication.
• Develop strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, leveraging data with the team.
• Monitor user behavior by analyzing engagement and conversion metrics in GA4 to refine campaigns.

Our ideal colleague

• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on search and display advertising.
• Creative, with a passion for continuous testing and learning.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and acting as a team player.
• Proficiency in German (native or professional level) and English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
