About the Role

We are seeking a (Senior) Data Product & Visualization Analyst to transform raw data into insights that drive decisions across teams and for our clients. Your focus will be analyzing, visualizing, and communicating the impact of Speed Kit on customer websites, enabling stakeholders to leverage data effectively.

You will collaborate with business units, integration teams, and data engineers to enhance analytical capabilities, create compelling data stories, and develop intuitive dashboards to showcase performance improvements and identify new optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze UX improvements on customer websites during A/B tests.
• Identify UX issues and conduct root cause analysis using real-user monitoring tools.
• Develop generalized UX analysis methods using tools like Jupyter Notebooks.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to communicate UX insights.
• Propose new approaches for evaluating UX with quantitative analysis.
• Share knowledge internally through sessions, documentation, and potentially externally via blogs or conferences.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and data retrieval/analysis.
• Experienced in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, or Excel, and programming languages like Python or R.
• Strong storytelling skills to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Solution-oriented and independent with a structured approach.
• Experience with statistical methods is a plus.
