Join Our Team as Manager, Manager Support

We are seeking a Manager, Manager Support to join the People Partner Team at Delivery Hero, committed to delivering exceptional experiences.

As the Manager of the Manager Support Team, you will lead a team of 3 Specialists, providing top-tier support to our people managers. Your role involves advising on policies and employee lifecycle processes, enabling managers to lead effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and organizational success.

Responsibilities
  1. Support people managers on HR topics, policies, and processes, including performance & conflict management, talent development, employee engagement, Workday (HRIS), and German labor law compliance.
  2. Coach your team during Talent Management and Pay Review processes to develop leadership skills and enhance team management capabilities.
  3. Collaborate with People Partner leads to understand priorities and deliver relevant outcomes.
  4. Partner with COEs (Talent & Culture, People Systems) to improve operational processes for better manager experience.
  5. Lead or participate in projects to scale the Manager Support function, including compliance and self-service initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with German employment law and recommend best practices.
Qualifications
  1. At least 5 years of experience in People Partner or People Operations, with 2+ years leading diverse teams.
  2. Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  4. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  5. Deep knowledge of German Labour Law, with awareness of recent and upcoming changes. Fluency in German is a plus.
