Responsibilities:

• Manage the portfolio of projects, tasks, and incidents in the area of IT Infrastructure.
• Manage the portfolio of IT Assets in the IT Infrastructure (commercial, technical).
• Ensure service delivery and business continuity for IGEL's business departments.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the team.
• Collaborate closely with IGEL's management team.
• Develop skills of individual team members.
• Conduct hiring interviews and performance appraisals.
• Contribute to IGEL's end-to-end business process optimization in collaboration with business departments.
• Initiate, plan, and deliver projects related to IT Infrastructure and IT Asset Management.
• Recommend industry trends, best practices, and future-proof architecture for IT Infrastructure.
• Manage escalation and coordination of major incidents.
• Develop and manage the IT Management team.
• Contract and manage external service providers based on SLAs and budgets.
• Work closely with executive management on critical issues and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience with strong conceptual understanding.
• 15+ years of professional experience and 10+ years of management responsibility.
• Strategic ability to guide IT Infrastructure within IGEL's overall business context.
• Extensive expertise in IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with ITIL processes, system management, and project execution.
• Proven track record of delivering technical transformation projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English, both oral and written.
