Your mission

Hello and welcome to your latest opportunity with us at Sungrow; we are looking for a Key Account Manager for PV and ESS in Germany. You will be responsible for managing and developing new and existing key accounts as part of a global, multicultural, and fast-growing team. Taking ownership, staying open-minded, and flexible are essential for success.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing key accounts and develop strategic accounts in the German PV and ESS market.
  • Act as the account owner – handle and negotiate contracts, serve as the internal point of contact for your clients.
  • Work with various stakeholders and train them on how to present our solutions.
  • Visit customers regularly and participate in trade shows and conferences.
  • Provide precise forecasts and market updates.
  • Contribute to the sales team and collaborate with project development for successful project implementation.
Your profile

We are looking for a people connector with the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience as an account manager, preferably in the PV and/or ESS sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar energy and ESS market in the EU.
  • Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to measure progress and impact.
  • Flexible, proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer-centric environment; self-starter, independent, results-oriented, team player, attentive to details.
  • German and English at C1 level.
