Job Description:

We are seeking a Generative and Conversational AI Consultant to support our mission of transforming customer service through conversational AI. In this role, you will analyze existing customer service projects, identify GenAI opportunities, and develop proof-of-concepts and demos that showcase the capabilities of both our in-house Conversational AI platform as well as leading industry solutions, including Genesys Cloud CX, Google CCAI, Cognigy, or Salesforce, and Generative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze existing services and identify areas with high potential for conversational AI.
2. Design and build conversational flows, demos, and simple proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate use cases and drive stakeholder engagement.
3. Translate business requirements into functional conversational designs aligned with user needs and platform capabilities.
4. Stay informed about developments in the Conversational and Generative AI market as a technology scout and innovation partner.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, Solution Architects, UX Designers) to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable.
6. Provide consultative support during pre-sales, discovery, and early delivery phases to internal stakeholders or external clients.
7. Document and share best practices, patterns, and findings across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Studies in Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in Conversational AI as a consultant, solution engineer, or business analyst. Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise environments; NLU/NLP design and conversational UX experience.
• Knowledge: Hands-on experience with platforms like Genesys Cloud CX, Google CCAI, Cognigy, or Salesforce. Nice to have: Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, scripting languages (JavaScript, Python).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to translate complex tech into clear value propositions, understanding of customer service KPIs and digital transformation. Nice to have: Building chatbots or voicebots with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Languages: English or German (minimum B2-C1 level).
