  3. Utilize systems: Use applications to provide metrics, reporting, and data analysis, including supplier performance and spend opportunities.
  4. Lead procurement processes: Manage needs detection, sourcing, contracting, and implementation using tools like Coupa. Deliver complex RFI and RFQ processes across sites and regions.
  5. Create contractual agreements: Develop and manage contracts such as Work Orders and Master Supply Agreements, ensuring compliance via CLM.

  7. Manage supplier performance: Oversee service levels, conduct reviews, and ensure correct invoicing and payments.
  8. Identify savings opportunities: Perform spend analysis, develop strategies, and leverage cost/revenue management techniques.
  9. Embed sustainability: Work with stakeholders to reduce waste, reuse materials, and ensure CSR compliance, contributing to EU-wide initiatives.
  10. Meet KPIs: Achieve targets related to savings, financial metrics, sustainability, and compliance.
  11. Ensure compliance: Promote adherence to procurement policies, educate stakeholders, and lead review meetings.
  12. Act as SME: Lead category-specific initiatives and extend responsibilities to the EU scope as needed.
  13. Provide training: Train other buyers on functional skills.

About the team: The Operations team manages the entire customer experience, from order to delivery, across Europe’s fulfillment centers, delivery stations, and logistics network. We prioritize safety, diversity, and a collaborative work environment.
