As a member of our IT Operations team, you will

• Operate, build, and develop our automation landscape while driving the automation and standardization of processes and interfaces
• Apply DevOps concepts, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies to your work
• Create and implement concepts for transforming our IT environment into a seamless and scalable solution supporting OnPrem, Cloud, and EDGE environments
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and monitor key figures (SLA, performance indicators, authorization, licenses & KPIs), with a strong emphasis on IT security
• Organize IT landscape changes in your area of responsibility while proactively initiating and implementing continuous improvements
• Coordinate overarching topics with other IT Operation units
• Act as the central point of contact for problem resolution within your domain
• Ensure effective and trustful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including planning and conducting training sessions

• Education
• A degree in computer science (University, FH, BA) or a comparable qualification
• Experience & Skills
• Long years of experience with Automation and DevOps within complex environments
• Working in a High Security Environment and build Solutions based on the internal rules
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Container Technologies, Cloud Computing and Data management
• Proficiency in Linux, databases, common tech stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Nginx, Keycloak, Vault, ...) with a focus on Ansible and Orchestration Tools
• Ways of working
• Familiarity with agile process models
• Teamwork: Experience working in international teams, in IT project teams
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Strong interest in ensuring operational efficiency through automation
• Additional Requirements:
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Participation in on-call duties (7x24)
