TP in Greece collaborates with the leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

In the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. You are not just support but also the first line of protection—preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers!

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
• Be an ambassador of our client
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards reaching targets set by the client statement of work and internal goals

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy/tech savviness; experience with CRM tools is preferred
• Ability to work under stressful conditions with customers
• Customer service or customer-facing role experience preferred
• Can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential
• Must hold EU citizenship/EU Passport or valid work permit for Greece
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local candidate
