As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with German and English, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing user-generated back-office information, which may include sensitive or disturbing content, ensuring compliance with policies
• Taking prompt action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks
• Staying updated on internal policies to ensure correct implementation
• Identifying and analyzing patterns to proactively address potential risks

We're looking for someone with:

• High attention to detail
• Comfort processing sensitive information
• Ability to defend decisions and provide logical reasoning
• Skill in identifying behavioral patterns to improve decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle shifting priorities and high volumes of work
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or inappropriate content is a plus

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in German
• B2 or higher English skills
