Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about helping others? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and support Facebook users while working fully remotely within Greece.

This is a remote-only role for candidates based in Greece.

What Youll Do

1. Provide empathetic and timely support to users across the Facebook platform.
2. Handle account-related inquiries and investigate content moderation issues.
3. Apply community standards and escalate complex cases as needed.
4. Use your Dutch language expertise to identify trends and suggest improvements.
5. Ensure a safe and positive online experience for users.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Based in Greece and authorized to work remotely within the country.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (training provided).
