Our client is a global leading logistics service provider with a significant presence in Europe. Currently, they are restructuring their sales network across Europe and are seeking multiple Head of Sales roles to lead and develop their existing customer base within their European Air & Ocean branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the air & sea freight sales department (3-4 team members)
• Acquire new customers and negotiate contracts and prices
• Develop, ensure compliance with, and achieve the budget/reporting objectives
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and support international customers
• Create a regional sales program aligned with local and global goals
• Develop and mentor senior colleagues

Qualifications

• Motivated to make a difference, develop personally, and achieve great results with us
• Commercial training in logistics/freight forwarding or related studies
• Experience in a senior sales role focusing on air freight, sea freight, or other logistics products
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage; strong MS Office skills
