Legal and Commercial Expert (m/w/d)
ARTEC GmbH in München is seeking a Legal and Commercial Expert to join their team. The role involves managing offers, contracts, and negotiations related to the BOXER 8x8 military vehicle program, a joint project between Germany and the Netherlands.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing proposals, coordinating, and preparing offers for official bodies (e.g., OCCAR, NSPA, BAAINBw), representing clients from Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania, and the UK.
- Managing contracts, including negotiating new contracts and amending existing ones.
- Coordinating terms within the joint venture and negotiating conditions with public clients.
- Providing data and information for program reports and monitoring status updates.
- Serving as the contact for legal and commercial matters of ARTEC.
- Supporting the Commercial Manager and Program Managers in developing proposals for new business opportunities (export).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or similar.
- Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations, preferably with legal knowledge.
- Industry knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong team skills and excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Structured, independent working style.
- Analytical thinking and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work in a multinational team.
