We are launching a new, high-impact team to lead our strategic expansion into the rapidly growing spatial biology segment. We seek top sales and applications talent for a remote sales and customer support role. As Customer Success Manager, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for reagents and Spatial Biology workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction and product optimization. You will also drive sales growth through consultative selling, generating quotes, identifying new opportunities, and managing customer relationships for seamless integration and timely delivery of consumables.

This position reports to the Market Development Manager and is part of the commercial team in EMEA, based in Germany, working remotely to cover EMEA. The ideal candidate should be located in Southern Germany.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide front-line pre- and post-sales technical support for reagents and workflows, assisting customers with troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Engage in consultative selling and upselling of consumables, recommending appropriate products for Life Science projects.
  • Generate accurate, competitive quotes for consumables, aligned with customer needs and budgets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to expand consumables usage.
  • Manage customer relationships, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction, proper stock levels, and timely delivery.
Essential requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting and training on consumable reagents, with strong product knowledge
  • Deep understanding of reagents, dyes, and immunohistochemistry used in Life Science research, with the ability to discuss product specifications and workflows
  • Practical lab experience in Life Science research, providing credibility and insights when interacting with customers
  • Inside sales experience in Life Sciences, focusing on consumables (preferred)
Preferred experience:
  • Supporting Spatial Biology workflows
