Founded in Berlin, autarc is a 30 person start-up that recently graduated from Y Combinator in San Francisco. Our team includes Sales, Tech, and Operations, with 14 engineers currently and plans to grow to 17 by Q3 2025.

You will work alongside the CEO, CTO, and engineers to design and enhance our core product, focusing on UI and UX. We have squads working on Heat Pump, Solar, Mobility, and ERP products, aiming for a seamless brand experience in our software. Your role involves building UI widgets, refining interfaces for design consistency, and aligning our design system with live software.

Role specifics

This is a frontend-focused role with significant design interaction, emphasizing UI development and UX collaboration.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in startups
• Obsessed with pixel-perfect design
• Experience building SaaS products
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, Webflow, Storybook
• Figma experience (nice to have)
• Knowledge of cloud databases like Postgres (Supabase) (nice to have)
• Experience with Docker, GitHub, fly.io (nice to have)
• Based in Berlin, willing to work hybrid (Mitte office)
• Fluent in English; German a plus
