You will be the trusted advisor, accountable for delivering highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value to our esteemed customers. Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.

Join our team as a Junior IT Consultant and gain hands-on experience across diverse IT domains, including Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Network, and Mainframe.

Your Role:

• Develop management summaries, IT strategies, and cloud migration roadmaps.
• Assess and modernize IT landscapes, including network, security, and digital workplace solutions.
• Analyze workloads from on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Create dependency mappings for services, applications, middleware, and infrastructure components.
• Perform financial and technical comparisons for workload migrations to leading hyperscalers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute workload migrations to hyperscaler environments.
• Design and implement cloud architectures and landing zones.
• Deploy workloads using cloud-native deployment services.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field. Recent graduate or up to two years of work experience.
• Knowledge of core services offered by established cloud hyperscalers.
• Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
• Understanding of IT operations and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in diverse environments.
• Experience as a Cloud Architect / Specialist AI Architect / Specialist or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum construct to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and development of strategies and approaches to optimize the implementation of IT or cloud resources and capabilities.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one platform (e.g. cloud computing, cloud hyperscaler, X86, mainframe, midrange).
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• TOGAF expertise and certifications.
• Experience with various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies.
• Advanced certification on key technologies within your platform or area of expertise.
• Ability to articulate key technologies' impact on security, availability, cost, capacity, etc.
• Experience in Agile (Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum).
