We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist fluent in German to join our team.

Position: Fill Product Support with German
Location: Lisboa, Portugal
Employment type: Full-Time
Remuneration: EU up to 1,600/month

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide technical and functional support for the company's products
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns about products
  • Resolve technical and functional issues related to products
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for product usage and configuration
  • Collaborate with development and quality teams to resolve issues and improve products
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on products and solutions
  • Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
