About this Position

Step into the role of Packaging Manager and take charge of developing innovative packaging solutions that set our brands apart. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with our business strategy, exploring new materials and technologies to enhance performance and sustainability. Your expertise will ensure our packaging meets quality, cost, and regulatory standards—including PPWR—while gathering consumer insights to drive continuous improvement. What you´ll do

• Lead and oversee innovative packaging development projects aligned with our business strategy
• Delight our categories and brands with new approaches, technologies, and materials
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to turn new ideas into tangible packaging innovations
• Ensure packaging solutions meet performance, quality, cost, and sustainability targets
• Generate consumer insights through direct interaction and market feedback
• Ensure all packaging complies with regulatory, recycling, health, and safety standards, in particular PPWR

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in packaging engineering, material science, mechanical engineering, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in packaging development, preferably in FMCG
• Strong technical knowledge in packaging and recycling technologies, including blow molding, injection molding, and flexible packaging
• Ability to analyze complex contexts, communicate effectively, and demonstrate initiative and flexibility
• Willingness to travel to recycling companies, Henkel production sites, and partners globally
