We are seeking a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) to join our Customer Care team in Munich.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide advisory and support services to our international premium clients regarding the order process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service with a strong understanding of e-commerce.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Native-level verbal and written proficiency in US or UK English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
  • Attention to detail when handling customer data.
  • Flexibility, resilience under pressure, teamwork skills.
  • Proactive approach, excellent organizational and time management skills.
