Job Description:
Your Responsibilities
- You would prepare the monthly and quarterly operational reporting to the supervisory authorities.
- You ensure that all relevant control processes are followed and continuously enhanced and improved.
- You constantly review processes and initiate further automations in close collaboration with the data team(s).
- You monitor changes of the regulatory environment and derive necessary change processes for the processes, the team and the bank.
- You participate in projects to ensure that relevant regulatory requirements are implemented.
- You cooperate closely with other teams on regulatory matters and foster open communication with auditors and regulators.
Your Profile
- You completed your studies in Economics, Finance / Accounting or a comparable field.
- You have 5+ years of experience working in the regulatory reporting environment and gained deep knowledge with the central statistical and prudential reporting (COREP; FINREP; national statistical reporting).
- Experience in tax statistical reporting (CRS/ FATCA) and §24c KWG reporting are a strong plus.
- You are familiar with working in regulatory reporting software; BAIS would be ideal and SQL skills are an advantage.
- You are able to translate functional changes into requirements a technical team can implement on.
- You have a very structured work approach and can communicate complex facts to different stakeholders.
- You enjoy working proactively while being part of a motivated team.
- You are fluent in English and German.
