Responsibilities include:

• Management and monitoring of national and international projects
• Ensuring contract fulfillment for customer and internal projects

Project planning and reporting:

• Creating and maintaining project plans
• Providing regular progress reports in cooperation with global group units

Customer coordination and meeting organization:

• Coordinating technical and organizational issues with customers
• Organizing and documenting meetings

Project coordination in SAP:

• Defining and adjusting project processes in SAP

Collaboration and SAP development:

• Collaborating with department specialists, IT, and quality management for SAP optimization
• Participating in system adaptations, testing, and documentation

Your profile:

• Completed studies in technology, natural sciences, or industrial engineering
• Experience managing projects in the million-digit range
• Strong technical expertise, knowledge of PVD
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills
• Affinity for cross-functional processes and system-supported project management tools
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Strong communication skills in German and English
