Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Lead in Logistics / Supply Chain (SAP / Non-SAP) for an inhouse role.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading application areas (SAP / Non-SAP) logistics / supply chain, including module support and customization, with a focus on new technologies and functionalities.
- Advising and supporting business partners in optimizing and developing new business processes in logistics.
- Contributing to the development of Application Management Services, aligning with business needs.
- Standardizing and enhancing the system and application landscape towards SAP S/4HANA.
- Developing implementation concepts and estimating efforts.
- Managing projects and budgets within Application Management Services.
- Coordinating external IT service providers and internal consultants for support levels 2 and 3.
- Ensuring application operation and maintaining quality standards.
This position can be performed 100% remotely.
Qualifications:
- Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive experience in consulting and application management in related roles.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including business process modeling.
- Expertise in SAP logistics environment, including customizing, system migration, and integration; experience with S/4HANA transformation projects is desirable.
- Programming and interface management skills.
- Project management experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with high social competence.
- Willingness to travel internationally (10-20%).
