Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager with a focus on healthcare/pharmaceutical events to lead and manage multiple large-scale projects for a major client in Frankfurt. The role involves overseeing all aspects of event logistics, content, and team coordination to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of event projects from initial briefing to delivery and closure, including logistics and content management.
• Manage and coordinate all teams involved, ensuring adherence to client standards and processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during event execution.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Mentor and develop team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
• Specialization in logistical event management.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations in Germany and internationally.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Experience in budget management and consolidation.
• Legal eligibility to work in Germany.
