As part of a short-term mission due to business growth, we are looking for a Clinical Research Technician .

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of the data entered, working closely with the research team to manage and process clinical study data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform accurate data entry into the Viedoc eCRF system for clinical studies.
• Ensure compliance with the study protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements for data entry and management.
• Validate and verify data to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the study.
• Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues in collaboration with the research team.
• Maintain detailed records of data management activities and provide status updates on data processing.
• Assist in data cleaning and preparation for analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient data handling throughout the study.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• A degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field (minimum Bachelor's; Master's or specialized training in clinical research is a plus).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on data entry and management in clinical research.
• Strong experience with eCRF systems, particularly Viedoc .
• Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with German-speaking sites and investigators.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH-GCP guidelines, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in managing large datasets.
• Proficiency in office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
