We are seeking a Commercial Business Partner to join us immediately. This role reports directly to the Commercial Excellence Director.

The Commercial Business Partner collaborates closely with marketing and sales teams to understand divisional goals and strategies, supporting their implementation with meaningful analytics and actionable recommendations. You will be integral to our weekly/monthly performance update sessions, guiding the commercial teams through performance reviews, and responsible for coordinating structural changes, capacity planning, targeting, and segmentation projects. You will also assist sales leadership in driving operational execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business partnering, performance management, and reporting
  • Implementation of strategic marketing and sales plans
  • Development of KPIs and reports for sales and marketing management
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and interpreting reports; proactively addressing anomalies
  • Supporting planning and execution of the annual sales plan for field services
  • Reviewing and optimizing sales structures with sales management
  • Managing projects related to strategic sales initiatives, such as doctor prioritization, regional restructuring, targeting, and segmentation

Qualifications & Skills

  • Operational sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data relevant to business goals
  • Independent in managing topics and projects, with successful leadership supported by a strong team
  • Quick learner, proactive, motivated, and development-oriented
  • Proficiency in German and excellent English skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in marketing within consumer goods or pharmaceuticals
  • Background in market research
