What is waiting for you?

You'll serve as LeanIX's acknowledged lead expert in product-related data analytics, setting the research agenda and carrying out user behavior analysis.

You will be responsible for the “product analytics” strategy, defining the product analytics backlog and roadmap, and engaging in regular prioritization discussions to ensure implementation.

You will liaise with various internal stakeholders (Product, Customer Success, Management), understanding and communicating their needs for product-related metrics and KPI reporting.

Your role involves working closely with multiple teams, understanding their needs, and crafting bespoke solutions on tooling and process levels. This includes fostering the link between our Product teams and the Product Analytics domain.

You will collaborate with our BI/Data team to develop appropriate solutions and processes supporting our product analytics strategy.

What are we looking for?

• Product Management experience, ideally as well as in a comparable role or as Product Owner of at least 2 years, preferably in a multi-team setup
• Experience in defining and developing dashboards for various organizational levels (from KPI reports to interactive “self-service” solutions)
• Knowledge on building and maintaining a “self-service” oriented product analytics function, enabling product teams to become more data-driven
• A background in product and/or data analytics with knowledge of testing methodologies
• Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar; knowledge of query languages such as SQL, KQL is a plus
• Experience working with different functions of a SaaS company, e.g., management, Product Leadership, UX, Customer Success
• Hands-on approach and enjoyment of agile environments and software development processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
• Fluent English is mandatory
